Iced Cacao drink
We’ve always dismissed the idea of iced Cacao until now because, well, it's really hot in the jungle where Cacao originates and it's always taken as a warm drink there.
But, as the saying goes, don’t knock it 'til you’ve tried it.
Turns out, it's pretty good!
RECIPE:
Ice!
30gms Ceremonial grade Cacao
20ml of hot water or plant milk
180ml of cold water or plant milk
Natural sweetener to your taste
Method:
Place the Cacao in a high speed blender.
Add the hot liquid & sweetener (if required)
Blend thoroughly.
Add the cold liquid & blend again.
Pour over a cup filled with ice
Boom! - Iced Cacao.
